Return & Refund Policy – Velora Official

At Velora Official, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen display

  • Used, worn, or tampered products

  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email

  2. Share clear pictures or video showing the issue

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the return process

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund

  • Refunds are issued as:

    • Replacement product, or

    • Store credit, or

    • Refund (if applicable)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if approved) will be transferred via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be covered by Velora Official

  • If the return is not due to our error, shipping charges will be non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be accepted
